Absolutely horrible, my 4 friends and i (17-18) were yelled at repeatedly with lazy instructions and mean comments. When the horses were not complying and tried to fight the other horses, Sue screamed at us saying it was our fault when previously she was smacking the horses faces. Eventually when my friend and i started crying from her shouting and moody horses, we asked if we can please get off as we arent comfortable continuing, she blamed us for ruining our other friends time, asked how old we are because we were crying, told us shes never had other customers crying and carrying on and almost charged us for a 3 hour sessions when we booked from a 1 hour session, our session took 2.5 hours since they werent ready for our session to begin anyway and still were being groomed when we arrived on time. Instead of showing us beginners how to hold the reins ect, she yelled at us instead of showing us what to do and said youre not even trying. Would avoid this place at all costs.
Sue made our first time on a horse so enjoyable. We felt she gave us some handy tips along the way and was very patient, especially with the kids. Highly recommended
Great place for horse riding
Thanks Sue and 'Tilly' for an amazing ride today... just perfect through the bush in the winter sunshine. Sue, you managed to strike the perfect balance between taking really good care of me and also making it feel like an adventure.The best fun that I've had in ages. I will be back just as soon as i can. :)
